Movement with Purpose

Our physical education program is built around carefully planned activities that emphasize movement, teamwork, and strategy. Each class is designed to support physical development while making space for creativity, exploration, and joy. Through engaging games and exercises, students strengthen motor skills, build confidence, and experience a real sense of accomplishment—both as individuals and as part of a team.

More Than Just Gym

In addition to movement and games, students are introduced to a variety of sports with a strong focus on team-building and collaboration. The curriculum also includes basic anatomy and nutrition, helping students understand:

✦ How muscles work

✦ Why physical activity matters

✦ The impact of nutrition on overall health

This holistic approach encourages body awareness, lifelong wellness habits, and empowered decision-making.

Inclusive, Multisensory, and Supportive

We use multisensory learning techniques to ensure physical activity is accessible and enjoyable for every student. Whether navigating sensory challenges or building coordination, each child is supported to participate fully, learn actively, and thrive.

Collaborative and Integrated

Our phys-ed teacher works closely with our occupational therapist to align physical activities with each student’s sensory and motor goals. This collaboration ensures that gym time supports developmental progress while remaining fun and engaging.
